Snow Peak is committed to your outdoor experience; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached, and gear must be in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your apparel or gear in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
